Fertilizers, Insecticides and Coatings
NCTI produces SS-300 that is used in coatings, insecticide, and fertilizer. SS-300 is a mixture of di- and tri- isopropyl biphenyl isomers with low oder and low VOC.
In the fertilizer/ insecticide business SS-300 is used to dilute the active ingredient to get into solution. For the coatings business the function of the SS-300 is to displace other solvents to reduce the VOC content.
