In June of 2020, JXTG Holdings Inc. has changed its name to Eneos Holdings Inc. Its core company in charge of oil & chemical business, JXTG Nippon Oil & Energy Corp., has been renamed Eneos Corp. This has resulted in a name change for us as well. Starting April 1st. 2021, JX Nippon Chemical Texas Inc. (JX NCTI) will be Nippon Chemical Texas Inc. (NCTI).
This will be a name change only. As a result of the name change, our email address domain will switch from jxncti.com to nctius.com All other account and banking information will remain the same. There will be no changes to our current business or products as a result.
