JXTG Holdings Inc. has changed its name to Eneos Holdings Inc. in June 2020. Its core company in charge of oil & chemical business, JXTG Nippon Oil & Energy Corp., has been renamed Eneos Corp. This has resulted in a name change for us as well. Starting April 1st. 2021, JX Nippon Chemical Texas Inc. (JX NCTI) will be Nippon Chemical Texas Inc. (NCTI).
This will be a name change only. As a result of the name change, our email address domain will switch from @jxncti.com to @nctius.com . All other account and banking information will remain the same. There will be no changes to our current business or products as a result.
